New metal alloy powder grades in toroids
FERROXCUBE introduces a whole new type of materials in addition to our broad range of ferrites ! These are metal alloys, in the form of powders in an inorganic, insulating matrix. They can be divided into 3 classes : High Flux (Fe 50 % - Ni 50 %), Sendust (Fe 85 % - Si 10 % - Al 5 %) and Molybdenum Permalloy Powder (MPP) (Ni 80 % - Fe 20 %, with some Mo substitution). They will be introduced in toroids with industry-standard sizes varying from 3.56 x 1.78 x 1.52 mm to 77.8 x 49.2 x 15.9 mm. All cores are covered with an insulating layer of epoxy coating. This brochure describes their properties and gives all material graphs.
